Warranty policies:

Warranty on a technical issue can be only provided if:

  1. You have Mr Fix receipt;
  2. You have a physical device with you at the store;
  3. Your warranty didn’t expire and your device is under the warranty.

Warranty WILL NOT be provided if:

  1. Your device is water damaged;
  2. Your device is not in fully functional condition

A device might not be covered under the warranty if not in acceptable condition by Mr Fix technician’s professional opinion.

30 days warranty is provided for any parts but iPhone screens.

iPhone Aftermarket screens are coming with 90 days warranty from the repair date. iPhone Premium screens are coming with Limited Lifetime warranty from the repair date

All sold devices are coming with 14 days warranty from the date of sale.

To use your warranty you have to:

  1. Bring your personal device;
  2. Make sure your device has no physical damage or signs of damage (broken screen, crack, dent, motherboard issues, etc.);
  3. Have Mr Fix receipt with you;

If you have a warranted case, meet all requirements above and have a professional opinion from our technician that it is a warranty case – we will do a device/part replacement or will do a free repair.

Otherwise, you have to pay for it.

However, a technician might provide you with a discount on your next repair.

Mr Fix Protection plans Terms & Conditions:

Average protection plan

Is designed to protect a repaired at Mr Fix electronic device’s screen

* A Liquid Glass installation is included

* Is valid for 1 year. Another protection plan can be purchased after its expiration if available for sale at that time

*Unlimited amount of screen  repairs is included within 1 year from the purchase date

* Each repair is a subject to pay at the shop. The paid amount will be reimbursed by check if registration was completed within 30 days from the sale

* In case of registration fail, repair amount paid at the shop won’t be reimbursed

* Each repair is a subject of $15 non-reimbursed deductible payment.

* Can’t be used for any other device but registered

* You must be a resident of the continental US, Alaska & Hawaii (the Program is void for any Service Request made by any customer residing outside the continental US, Alaska & Hawaii).

Smart protection plan

Is designed to protect a repaired at Mr Fix electronic device’s screen

*A Liquid Glass, Premium Case and Charging Accessory in a quantity of 1 (one) piece are included

* Is valid for 1 year. Another protection plan can be purchased after its expiration if available for sale at that time

*Unlimited amount of screen repairs is included within 1 year from the purchase date

*Each repair is a subject to pay at the shop. The paid amount will be reimbursed by check if registration was completed within 30 days from the sale

*In case of registration fail, repair amount paid at the shop won’t be reimbursed

*Each repair is a subject of $15 non-reimbursed deductible payment.

*A Tempered Glass, Premium Case and Charging Accessory in a quantity of 1 (one) piece are included

* Is valid for 1 year. Another protection plan can be purchased after its expiration if available for sale at that time

*Unlimited amount of device’s parts repairs is included within 1 year from the purchase date

*Back Glass, Liquid Damage and Theft are not covered under the warranty

*Each repair is a subject to pay at the shop. The paid amount will be reimbursed by check if registration was completed within 30 days from the sale

*In case of registration fail, repair amount paid at the shop won’t be reimbursed

*Each repair is a subject of $15 non-reimbursed deductible payment.

*Can’t be used for any other device but registered
