  EDIT- 1hr after initial review- An associate called me In response to review I had left earlier today. He expressed his concern for my situation and wanted to apologize on behalf of the business. Informed me that they really do care and take ownership of their company which is something that I admire greatly. However minor it may seem, I hate to spend $10 on a charger and have it break immediately because we all know that our time with these Charging cables is finite. I am happy to say that the issue was addressed very quickly and the resolution offered to me was more than fair. I will only give fixit my business..... Initial review is as follows: These guys replace the battery in my old Iphone6 on Monday, 7/22/19. Battery life sucks but I think that is just how it is, their repair seems to have been of good value. While there I noticed a few lightning charging cables, some of which were in damaged packaging (whatever). I seemed to think it was in a “$5” section as opposed to the normal $20 tag on these 3rd party chargers. The gentleman told me he’d let it go for 10$. No big deal. Well after an hour of use and a day of possession, it has literally come apart. I got a good vibe from this business and am thinking that they will have no problem accepting an exchange or refund. Will definitely repeat business if they do live up to my assumptions.
